Greca (stovetop)

A stovetop coffee maker that brews strong, rich coffee — the everyday method across Latin America.

• Brewing: Fill the base with water to just below the valve, add medium-fine coffee to the basket without tamping, then heat gently and remove from the heat as soon as it starts to gurgle.
• Care: Hand wash and dry fully. Do not put aluminium bodies in a dishwasher.
• Safety: The body and handle get hot. Use a dry cloth or the handle only, and never seal the top while brewing.
• Grind: Medium-fine, slightly coarser than espresso.
