Un Cafecito Blend

Smooth. Rich. Made for Sharing.

Meet the signature coffee of Un Cafecito Coffee Roasters — Un Cafecito Blend, a carefully crafted combination of Salvadoran, Colombian, and Brazilian coffees designed to create a cup that is rich, balanced, naturally sweet, and remarkably easy to enjoy.

Each origin contributes something distinct to the blend. Brazilian Mogiana provides a smooth chocolate-and-nut foundation with excellent body. Colombian Supremo adds caramel sweetness, toasted walnut, and classic coffee character. Salvadoran Cerro Las Ranas, a honey-processed coffee from Ahuachapán, brings gentle fruit, sweetness, and complexity that lifts the entire cup.

Together, they create what we believe a cafecito should be: comforting enough to drink every morning, flavorful enough to slow down and appreciate, and inviting enough to share around the table.

What Makes It Special

Un Cafecito Blend was created to bring together three classic Latin American coffee origins in one harmonious cup.

The Brazilian Mogiana establishes the foundation with chocolate, almond, caramel, and a smooth, substantial body.

The Colombian Supremo builds upon that foundation with toasted walnut, caramel sweetness, gentle spice, and the familiar balance that has made Colombian coffee famous around the world.

The Salvadoran Cerro Las Ranas completes the blend. Its honey process preserves some of the coffee cherry's natural sweetness and contributes delicate red-fruit and floral characteristics while maintaining the chocolate-and-nut profile that ties the three origins together.

The result isn't simply three coffees mixed together. Each component has a purpose: Brazil provides the body, Colombia provides the balance, and El Salvador provides the character.

At a medium roast, the blend displays its greatest complexity — caramel sweetness, chocolate, toasted nuts, and a gentle fruitiness that becomes more noticeable as the cup cools.

Take it slightly darker, and the chocolate intensifies, the body becomes fuller, and the fruit recedes into a rich, smooth cup that works exceptionally well with milk or as espresso.

This is the kind of coffee that:

  • tastes smooth and flavorful black,
  • pairs beautifully with cream or milk,
  • produces a rich and balanced espresso,
  • remains approachable for traditional coffee drinkers,
  • and still offers enough complexity for specialty coffee enthusiasts.

Perfect For

  • Customers who enjoy chocolate and caramel-forward coffees
  • Espresso and milk-based coffee drinks

Roast Recommendation

Medium Roast

The sweet spot for Un Cafecito Blend. Caramel and milk chocolate lead the cup, supported by toasted almond and walnut with subtle floral and red-fruit notes from the Salvadoran coffee.

Medium-Dark Roast

A richer, fuller expression with deeper cocoa, caramelized sweetness, toasted nuts, and a heavier body. Particularly well suited for espresso, moka pot, and coffee served with milk or cream.
